Start from your fuel
The fastest way to narrow the choice is the fuel you can get at the best price on your site. Every ZOZEN boiler family is built around one of these:
Liquid fuels
Diesel · Bunker (heavy oil) · Alcohol-based fuels
Clean-burning and easy to store. Diesel and bunker firing suit sites without a gas line; modern burners handle blended and alcohol-based fuels.
Solid fuels
Coal · Biomass (rice husk, wood, palm shell)
The lowest cost per tonne of steam for continuous loads — especially when your own process by-products can be the fuel.
Gas
LPG · Methane / natural gas
The cleanest and most controllable firing, with high turndown and minimal stack footprint — ideal inside urban industrial estates.
Then match the heat you need
We build three kinds of heat plant. The difference is the temperature range your process needs:
Hot water boilers
Low heat · up to ~130 °C
Building services, washing, pools and sanitary hot water — hotels, hospitals and food plants.
Steam boilers
Medium heat · ~130–250 °C
The workhorse of industry: cooking, sterilizing, drying, dyeing, curing and process heating of every kind.
Thermal oil heaters
High heat · up to ~320 °C
High process temperatures at low pressure — presses, reactors and dryers that steam can't reach safely.
